I'm 25 yrs old and just started working out a couple weeks ago, i hated it at first but to my surprise i got used to it

I knos i need to learn a lot, but i am trying...in the last 3 years i had a lot of changes in my life that caused me to go into on a eating binge and now i am 55lbs heavier than i used to be...i just had my body fat checked and it is at a whooping 35%... As you guys can see...i need lots and lots of help...
