Hello

Hi, I am Thatchi :)
I'm 25 yrs old and just started working out a couple weeks ago, i hated it at first but to my surprise i got used to it :D
I'm looking foward to learn more about out fitness and of course getting results, i'm really glad i found this forum...

I knos i need to learn a lot, but i am trying...in the last 3 years i had a lot of changes in my life that caused me to go into on a eating binge and now i am 55lbs heavier than i used to be...i just had my body fat checked and it is at a whooping 35%...:eek: As you guys can see...i need lots and lots of help...:(
