My eating habits are horrible as of late, I will be changing over to a pre packaged meal plan of my choosing this week.
My vice is alcohol, ranging from 1500-2500 calories a night worth.
My excersize routine will include t25 workout dvd, biking, hiking, swimming (as it warms up)
About 3 years ago I was in the same shape I am now, I dropped down to 260 after doing the routines mentioned above, I need to find that motivation and remain focused. I remember telling myself at a size 38 waist and weighing 260, I would never be a 44 and over 300 again. I'm not sure where I lost my focus.
