Hi everyone, i am a 35 year old mom of 3 teenagers and all my life i have never had a weight problem i have always been skinny until about 10 years ago then i started putting it on and i never realized how fast it sneaks up on you, i think part of the problem was i was living in a place i wasn't happy and i had no friends so i stayed at home and food became my friend, i just recently moved last July and now i am back with family and friends and feeling so good. I started on an eating plan it was kind of strict but it is only meant for 4 weeks to help jump start you body into eating good and it worked. Out of all things i have tried this was what worked. I have not eaten processed foods, deep fried foods or sweets in over a month. I started my weight loss journey at 309lbs and i am 5'8" the only lucky thing about that is that it evenly distributed so i didn't look as big as i was i still looked overweight mind you but it was also bad because i didn't look like 309lbs so didn't think i needed to lose weight but the scale doesn't lie and no matter how i looked the fact was i was still 309lbs on a 5'8" frame. Anyways i started this clean eating a month and 4 days ago and i started at 309lbs and i am not 293lbs. Still have a long way to go but i am getting there.
