Hi, I'm new! I am a 19 year old female and I recently realized that I'm 50lbs over the weight I want to be. I tend to eat way too much... Its not the working out thing that is hard, its the eating. I'm a student so that's kinda tricky too, but any tips to stop overeating and to just be healthier but without being too costly would be greatly appreciated
