After riding the roller coaster of weight loss I've decided to try something new. By trying something new, I'm am actually going to seek help instead of trying and failing to do it myself. I look forward to this forum being one more tool to my success.
 
Welcome! This forum is full of helpful people and information. There are lots of really good posts at the tops of the sections. What kind of help are you getting? I found in person help to be very beneficial as well as different forms of on line help.
 
So far, I've been doing a mix of weights and cardio at the gym 5 days a week. My weight hasn't budged but I definitely feel better. I figured that I need a jump start so I'm enlisting the help of a local weight loss clinic. For me, this is an extreme but I need to get something going before I become frustrated and stop. Maybe, with the right guidance on the nutritional side, I can get the ball rolling.
