I joined this forum to kick off my new start to a healthier me. About four years ago I lost about 50lbs, going from 232lbs to 180lbs, through exercise and good eating habits. Starting about a year ago, I started gaining it back and today stepped on the scale at an even 200lbs. I promised myself I would never see that number again after working so hard to get past that milestone, so here I am...
My plan of action is simply to take better care of myself. I work long hours and travel a lot for my job, so I haven't been making the best food choices and am usually so tired at the end of the day that I have little motivation to work out; however, I remember how much energy exercise gave me, so I look forward to that happy side effect and having a way to de-stress.
I look forward to being a member of this wonderful group!
