Hey whats up im 20 yr old female and i am here so i can keep motivation to lose a few pounds. during most of high school i weighed from about 120-130 then i stopped doing many sports and m y weight went up to 140. right now i am at about 137 and i am hoping to get down to 125. (i am 5'2). i run everyday for 20 min and also do some weights sometimes. i am eating healthier and smaller portions also. hopefully i can do it :)
