Hello everyone! I am new to the forums signed up today.
So.. Why I want to lose weight.
My BMI is still in the healthy region but I want to feel better about myself. My goal is to lose most of my belly till next summer and build arm and leg muscle.
Can I post here every week about what I did? I feel that would motivate me a lot. I am a big procrastinator .
Does anyone want to post their exercises that they do every week here? Or I could look at your thread? We can motivate each other
