Hey guys, im new to the forums - but been lurking for a long time :)

Im pretty overwelmed by the wealth of information, what are some great sources to learn from for beginners? Time for a change for the better :)

Have you looked around the forum yet? There are some really good sticky threads at the top of many of the forum sections that contain some good information to help you get started. "Developing a comprehensive weight loss plan" is pretty general. To really help, we would need to know some more information about you like what your current diet is like, what you do for physical activity, and what your plans are in terms of if you are going to go to a gym and if you are restricted in any way in terms of nutrition.

There are lots of suggestions to be made, but it's much more helpful to you if we have a starting point.
