I waited a bit longer than I expected to do an introduction, but better late than never I guess.
HELLO THERE!!!!
I'm new and joined this site as hopefully a way to help keep me on track, or at least have some type of either support or just something to get new ideas from. I'm 23 and currently a little over 200 lbs. At my heaviest I was about 308 lbs. I managed to get down to 190 lbs in one year, but then I worked for 2 years at a job where all I did was sit down and assemble small parts, so regretfully I gained back 60 lbs and have since been trying to get back down to under 200 lbs. I've been trying to find different ways to hopefully keep off the weight for good, but I know very little about dieting or nutrition in general, so it's a bit difficult to get under 200 lbs without working out for 2 hours a day at least 5 days a week. Hopefully I'll be able to go to the gym more, but due to current living situations it is almost impossible to get to a gym, so I've been trying to do workouts at home, but I like to procrastinate.
