Hi there! I am new to the forum. Looking forward to learning new strategies to lose weight and how to keep it off.

There is a lot of great information in the exercise and nutrition sections.

Lots of people find that it is a good idea to start a diary and visit other people's diaries to see what other people are doing.

Then you want to build a support network by making friends. The easiest way is to post and comment and chat to others. With luck they may chat to you too.

I always have found challenges and clubs to be a great way of making friends.

I know that San will be starting a new challenge in the next few weeks which promises to be lots of fun and very motivational. Follow the link in my signature to find out more about that.
