Well, I'm not quite sure what to say here, ha.

I'm Amy, hello!

Basically I've joined this site for help and motivation really. To meet people who are in the same 'boat' as me. I'm tired of my lifestyle now, it's time for a change.
I've said this a few times before and everytime it's fallen through, surprising, eh? Pssh. I'm not looking to follow a diet, but instead just eat healthier and better proportioned, maybe even exercise more! My main enemy is fizzy drinks, more Irn Bru. I've not had anything but water in 3 days, so let's hope I keep that up! I tend to eat more when I'm at work than when I'm at home, because I feel like I have to eat to keep my energy up. Also, I need some good recipes that I'll actually like, as I'm a fussy eater lol.

So, I think I've rambled on enough aha.
 
Hi Amy! Hope it all goes well for you, but I hope when you say you only drank water for the past 3 days you mean water as opposed to fizzy drinks rather than water instead of food? :)
