Hey, I'm new here and to be quite honest this is the first time I ever joined a forum for weight loss. Mostly I've just been lurker, reading posts and articles about losing weight and whatnot, trying these things myself and thought it'd be a great idea to join in these discussions to help others and myself in the constant "battle" against weight. I'm really looking forward to chatting with you guys and dropping some more pounds!
Edit: Oh yeah, I guess I should throw out some figures. I'm a 23 year old male, and I began dieiting (and actually sticking to it longer than just two weeks this time) right before I turned 22. I'm 6'2'' and I think I'm supposed to weigh around 170-180, but I'll probably never be certain. When I started I was 354 pounds and now I'm at 212. I'm aiming to lose another 20-30 pounds but this weight doesn't seem to be going anywhere no matter what I try (aside from going VLC again- that sucked).
