ANew to the forum but just wanted to share my success and learn from others. "Work smarter, not harder" first you have to have an goal and truly want it! For me, its joining the military! I currently have not worked out at all over the last 5 months and have lost over 80 pounds and dropping! Basing this off of a 2000 calorie diet. If there are 3500 calories in a pound and 7 days in a week, if your on a 2000 calorie diet then consuming only 1500 calories, a 500 Cal. Deficit, will allow you to lose a pound a week! I'm currently on Oxy Elite Pro and has really helped! (removed) Love your body! Post with any questions or comments and I'll get back to you!
