Hello everybody, my name is Zach and I live in Florida. I am seeking some information on losing weight and hopefully adapting a new, healthier lifestyle. I am a Psychology Major and I live about an hour from the gulf coast in Florida.
I am currently right at 280lbs and I have been this size for about two years now. I am 19 years old. I'm also 6'3, if that helps any. I have a large bone structure but I don't want that to be my excuse for being out of shape. I'm a college student right now and in addition to working nearly 40 hours a week, I also am a known forum moderator on a counseling/peer mentoring website, which leads me into unhealthy sleeping habits and midnight snacking when I'm involved in working with someone. I would like to seek help from people who have been in my situation and gain knowledge of how to go about eating healthy, exercising when I can, and to curve the unhealthy snack cravings, and if possible, be able to eat healthy while on the go, since some nights I don't return home until late in the night, and I do know eating late at night isn't very healthy at all. (See, I'm making progress here!)
Looking forward to getting to know you all and share experiences!
