I'm kinda new to this, not with forums but with a weight loss forum

I've been feeling down lately and I guess i need some encouragement

Get yourself a weightloss diary in the forum a few down.

Post your height/weight, food intake, exercise and your goals and people will be able to help you out.

Look around and read some of the stickys. There is some very good information to help you here.
How much weight do you want to lose? Don't let the idea of losing weight get you down, instead think of it as getting healthy and fit. Think of it as a new start.
