Hello everyone!
I have just joined the forum, and finished posting my first entry to my weight loss diary.
I am hoping that by making a public diary online, it will motivate me to keep an eye on what I'm eating because I will have to post it later that day.
I am a 19 year old freshman in college, and my initial goal was to be thin by the time I started my semester. That didn't happen over the summer, so I then changed the goal to be thin by the time winter break started, to surprise my family. Well, winter break is in one month, and I don't think... or expect to be at my goal in one month. So now I need to look at the big picture and just do it. Hopefully it works.
