i joined this forum the other day for some advice and help, i posted on here a couple of days ago,you can see how many people have looked at my posts and no 1 has replied???......is this a proper forum or what???.....any better 1s??
To answer some of your questions, any type and amount of exercise is better than no exercise when it comes to weight loss. Portion size control is a good start to cut down your daily calories (I do it myself) and never eat more than one serving. Just have a look around and you soon find out that this palce is crowded with people with all kind of questions and opinions.
I didn't see your posts to be honest but I hope you find the answers you need. I'm kind of stumbling my way through at the moment and reading more than posting at the moment.
