Hello everyone! My name is Emily and I'm 20 years old. I live in Ohio and am currently attending Tri-C Community College. About two years ago I was 92 lbs and I'd like to get close to there again. I was very thin and didn't have fat on me whatsoever. I ate plenty..I just had a high metabolism because I walked EVERYWHERE!
So I recently started walking 5 miles a day with my mom (11,000 steps a day), and I've been losing weight steadily. I was 112 lbs about two months ago and now I'm 103. I've been watching what I eat more often and have incorporated more fruit and whole grains in my diet. Walking isn't very strenuous like other work outs. I don't groan every time I have to go walk every day. I actually LIKE doing it. It's stress relieving and a very natural healthy way to slowly lose weight. It's the beginning of March as of now, and I hope about mid-july or august I'll be exactly where I want.
