
Hi: I am new to this whole message board thing so I hope this post goes up o.k. I was previously 197 lbs. in Sept,2009, I am currently 166 lbs. I did not really have a hard time losing that weight with lifestyle changes and exercise 3 times a week. But, I have 21 more pounds to go to reach my goal weight of 145 lbs and it seems that over the last month, the weight loss has slowed to almost a stop. I am so frustrated, I don't know what I should to to help it along. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am eating 1441 calories a day and I get vigorous exercise 2 times a week for an hour and I walk about 40 minutes about 2 other days a week. And lately I have been feeling very hungry
