Hello...

I am joining this sight to share what I know about fitness and losing weight. I am almost 35 years old, 5'10" and weigh 158 pounds. As of now, I have lost 28.5 pounds and am in excellent shape, as I watch what I eat as well as train three times per week (not to mention my daily cario workout).

I would like to help other's do the same. I do log my fitness writings elsewhere: , but I would like to participate and bounce information back and forth between individuals here as well.

Anyway, I look forward to interaction within the community!
