You won't get anywhere if that's what you thing... Weight loss starts in the mind - you have to want to do it - you have to believe you can do it... and youhave to know why you want to do iit...
I strongly suggest you start reading around the stickied threads in the forum...
And really ask yourself why youw ant to lose weight - you know the real reasons.. the honest ones -the ones you might not want to say out loud (like you want to wear sexy lingerie... ) Find your reasons and hold on to them - remind yourself of them regularly- THAT is your motivation..
