Just wanted to pop in here and say hello! My name is Tiffany, my job has the program called the Pound Plunge and I am really excited to join it! We get together teams of 4 and encourage eachother and do what we can to loose weight the healthy way! We are given a subsidy to help with the cost of joining a fittness center and we have weekly weigh ins. I am really ready to loose the extra pounds I've packed on and just thought I would look here for more ideas adn support!
