Hello!!

I'm new here and just wanted to say Hello :waving: to everyone.

A little about me and why I'm here.... As long as I can remember I've always been over-weight whether it be a little or a lot. I had my 2nd child almost four years ago and have been 200+ lbs since. I recently quit smoking (July 2007) and have since gained more weight. So now I find myself at a whopping 250lbs:ack2:....And wondering how I managed to get there...Wait I know it was all that Mc. Donalds...and Coca Cola...Okay so for the past few weeks I have been contemplating how I'm going to LOSE this weight. And I know I can do it because I quit smoking and god knows that was hard...

So I thought joining a weight loss forum suited me well and I could chat with others in the same situation and also get some tips and pointers for my long journey ahead.

I will try to get some of my :( horrible pictures up tomorrow when I figure out how to do it:)

Hey Lisette, welcome to the WLF! On here a lot of us keep a journal and this way you can share with us what you're doing and we'll give you feedback if you want. First thing is cutting out all soda (a lot of people even say they dont lose weight when on the toxic diet stuff so be careful). That is sure a lot of empty wasted calories as I realize you already know he he. Let us know what your plan is mami!
