Hi well i am here to get a little support to my road of losing the weight now i have lost the weight before from not even knowing it from 220 to 175 just from simple changes in my lifestyle started drinking lots of water being more active and such now its been a while and i have been trying to lose this extra weight but it just wont come off hopefully i could get some good pointers from some more experienced people
 
There is a ton of great information around the forums, a lot of it in the stickies. That would be a great place for you to start! It's great that you've made a lifestyle change rather than a crash diet plan, so way to go! Hope to see ya around.
