Hi, first I just wanna say this looks like a great community.
I am 22 years old and am from Norway.
Last summer I knew I had to make a change, it wasnt news it had been on my mind for years. My friends and familiy was like trying to be helpful and told me like "you should start to work out", "you cant get any fater, for real!", "lol your fat" etc..
Then I found a book online, I read it in one night and was hooked. My main focus was on myself and getting into shape. I quit drinking Cola on the spot. I was drinking like 2+ liter every day. I was about 100kg (220 lbs), but dont know for sure, because I stoped checking when I started to pushing close to 100. Startet eating healthy and working out. I suck at working out, im not very athletic. After 6 months I was like down 30kg (66 lbs) and was like WOW, that was easy. My friends is like WTF DUDE, are you sick or something!
The hard part is staying healthy. I am always trying to find better ways to eat and work out.
I just started a blog, added the link in my signature. I hope that is allowed.
I think I can help people with mindsets and some lifestyle stuff. I really suck at working out, I hate it.
