hey there, i have been a member for a while here but never really payed any attention to it, since i signed up which was a few years ago now i have gone from 180 to 155 pounds, im 5 foot 11 inches, but now i am looking to tone up a bit better, get some tighter muscle, i started out with a low fat no meat diet, using whey protein and other things like eggs to stand in for it. this basically got rid of all the fast food which helped a lot. anyways just thought i would share some of my story.
