I can't believe that I just found this site...I am so excited! I wish I would have found it months ago. I am 28 (well, ok, I will be 29 in July :eek: ) and I started my diet and exercise program about 7-8 months ago and have lost 120 pounds. I will post more and pics (if I can figure out how to post a pic...any instructions are appreciated) in the before and after. I am still looking to lose about 50-70 more pounds! I look forward to meet new people and learning new tricks!

7-8 months ago and 120lbs that is very impressive !
May i ask what you did to lose the weight and how you kept yourself motivated to do so?

I have a little about what I did in the before-during-after section with pictures. I guess the thing I am lucky about is that it came on quick so I am losing it quick too. Motivation-Diabetes! My doctor told me I had to go on the diabetic pill..I can't remember the name. I did not want to so we made a deal...wait 3 months...lose weight and see what happens. I started with the intention to lose 40 pounds but then my husband and I decided to get a divorce and that just brought on more motivation! Oh, BTW, my sugars are perfect now! I am no longer boarderline diabetic!

question: How did you lose the weight, what an incredible loss and congrat for not being diabetic anymore and becoming healthier ...
