Hi,
My name's Krystine, I'm 21 and I'm about 220.
Gained a bunch of weight in my highaschool years and never was so self-aware until recently since I used to be very active and fit.
Now I think I'm ready to descipline myself and become the best me! But I think I may need your help to make it to my goal..which for now is at least 10 pounds!

welcome to the forum. Setting little goals is good... because it won't take too long to reach, and then you'll know that if you can lose 10, you can lose 10 more, etc. If you haven't yet, you might want to start a journal/diary and update it every few days, keeping track of your diet, your exercise regimen, and your weight loss. Other members can pop in and give you encouragement too :)
