Hello everyone,

I needed to find this site!! I've been struggling with my weight since I had kids. My daughter is almost 5 and after her first birthday I went down to 184lbs. By the way I'm 5 11" and I weight 194lbs right now. After my son was born I went down around 14lbs without any diet or anything. I have such a hard time with food. I don't eat bad things but I think I just eat a lot. I try to be active and it's not working. I would love to go down to 175lbs so I need to lose about 20lbs, but I'm just not motivated!! I hope this would help to talk to you guys! Anyway! I'm excited!

Welcome! We have similar builds (I'm 6' tall and was at 194 when I quit smoking...went up 11 pounds from there).

You can do it...just get your body moving and select healthier food options. Playing with your kids can be an incredible workout!
