Hey everyone, I don't think anyone remembers me..I have gone back and forth between dieting and coming here and ended up failing in the end..and fatter than ever. I really need to lose weight for my health, but I just can't find the will power to do it! I am literally addicted to food, and it doesn't help that my friends are too. My current weight is 286 pounds. (I am 6'0" tall by the way, so i don't look morbidly obese..but I am based on BMI).

I REALLY need motivation and I need help! I can't do this on my own..and I have tried so hard to get my friends to do it with me....but they don't try for very long.

Anyway, I am going to try and stay here and get the motivation I need to succeed!
 
Hi Punkygirl,

Welcome back to the forum. I just read an article about weight loss. Some of key point in the article said that if we want to lose weight need to do regular exercise and do not take any weight loss program where promise give fast result. All of that is just for short term and it also have side effect in some cases.
