Hi, I'm Shari. Brand new to site. I'm hoping to get the support i need to stay on track. I have a lot of weight to lose and my son and i have just started going to the gym together. next i need to modify my diet and things will hopefully fall into place. Please feel free to send me your ideas and tips, i need the support from people going thru the same thing,

welcome to the WLF. Congrats to you and your son for hitting the gym. Gotta love having that extra support. If you haven't already, take a look at all the stickied threads and drop into a few diaries. I found starting your own diary not only makes you accountable with everything you and and do, but it gives other members a chance to get to know you. :D Wishing you all the best.
