Hi everyone. I thought I would introduce myself as I am rather new here. I guess I'll start with my story. Im 25 and have always been overwieght. I am now more overweight than I've ever been and have reached the end of my tollerance. About two weeks ago I decided I needed a change in lifestyle, so I started eating better and exercising. I also decided that I cant do this by myself, that I have a lot of emotional issues concerning my weight and I could use the support and advice of others who are dealing with the same issues. I also want to help people too. My weight isnt something that I've ever talked about other than jokingly. Anyway, I guess my goal is to become a healthier person and to become more comfortable with who I am.
