Hi, great site you have here. I've been looking at it the last couple days and think I will really enjoy it here. I'm 24, 5'11" and 210 lbs which includes more fat than I care to say.
In high school I was on the weightlifting team and enjoyed it immensly. I currently work out in the morning doing pushup, situps, and working with two 30 lbs dumbells. After work I generally run 2 miles(thinking of replacing that with HIIT training)
I really enjoy being active. I'm kind of an outdoorsman but I have alergies and I'm prone to getting poison ivy like crazy. So, I'm limited to what I can do in the woods. I also love the shooting sport. I spend alot of time with my firearms(cleaning, shooting, admiring, etc). But most of all, I enjoy working out. I got out of it after high school and got back into it about three months ago. I have only lost three lbs but, my legs, arms, and shoulders seem more toned. My stomach is also smaller (although not as small as I would like).
Anyway, I'll stop babbleing. This is a great site and I'm very glad to have found it.
