Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself cause I'm new.
I'm trying to lose about 30lbs before the new year. The first ten don't count because they're just this past week's Chinese Food. They'll fall off as soon as I stop calling for more to be delivered.
I'm moving to the Caribbean in January. Moving, not just going. So I want to get in bikini shape but wanna be able to keep it that way!
If anyone has any questions, I am a certified weight trainer, med student, marathon-er, and know a lot about nutrition, however... I suck in the motivation/temptation resistance department!

Maybe we can help eachother out.
 
Then I hate to tell you...

You are the one in control of your motivation. And you already know that. We can celebrate with you when you lose a pound and we can kick your tail when you mess up.

The rest depends on you. You know what you have to do and that is just to start. Once you start the rest will take care of itself.

However, remember to have fun!!!!
 
Haha- yeah, I know. The ass kicking is all the help a girl could want!
People have a tendency to be unsupportive of me, since I'm already in pretty good shape. But as a trainer/ex-army girl, I want a little more for myself. I know that just posting here is going to be handy. Eating was something to do other than smoking, and now posting can be something to do other than eating...
