Hello,
my name is Tonie. I am new to this group. Can anyone drop a few links of the current popular methods of weight loss. I am currently using a free program and it is working but I want to see what everyone else is using. Comment below!

A search within the forum should lead you to the methods used by members, however by far the most common is calorie control.
 
Hi Tonie! Welcome to the group. Some popular methods people are using these days are intermittent fasting, keto, low-carb diets, and home workout apps like Freeletics or Nike Training Club. It’s great that your current program is working sometimes mixing it up with new methods helps keep things fun!
