Hello...............yet another newbie!

Hey all,

Just registered here and wanted to introduce myself. I just completed 2 years of grad school and in the process of interviewing for jobs. I registered here to get more information on weight loss and interact with folks who may be going through the process and those who have successfully completed it!

I was very much in shape when I passed undergrad and have since gained a lot of weight due to late hours at work and (sigh.....) general laziness on my part. I look at the photos from then and feel miserable. So, planning to embark on a systematic exercise and healthy eating program to get back in shape.

Looking forward to gettin to know y'all!

Welcome, being fit is also very important in the job interview process. It boosts your confidence overall and it shows when you interview. The best time to start is now.

When you work late, make sure you eat on normal hours otherwise it is affecting your body a lot (it get confused if he should store fat or not). Exercising and eating on a consistent basis is way more important than the amount of calories you eat or burn. You're on a great mindset now :)
