Hello World, Here I am

Today it really feels like it hit me how out of control I've gotten. I feel like there needs to be a change. I make all these wrong mistakes and now I need to face the problems they bring. I need to be strong. I need to work harder at this then I ever have. I need to do this for me.

8:45am
- Woke up at 730am took the first steps to starting my new life. I gotta say today I finally realized just how out of shape I was. I could run which is still a good sign but boy it wasn't for too long. I went on a run walk run program in this nice quite neighbor hood. Broke a nice good sweat and now I'm about eat some oatmeal, shower, then go to the store to get some fresh new food.

11:30am - Did 20 crunches, then took a nice shower. Went out and bought a nice variety of fruits and vegetables to go along with my chicken. Bought these new ziplock steam bags and some freezer save bags so can't wait to start using those. More exercise to come later in the day. I'd like to get in two runs per day. That's my goal. Food wise I think I should be alright. I have my first food test coming up where I go back home but mom is dieting so it shouldn't be too hard.

12:30pm - Took my multi vitamin and had a nice salad with super low fat dressing with more water. Day one seems to kicking off just grand!

2:00pm - Got a little hungry after lunch so had a green apple.

9:00pm - For dinner tonight I had 1/2 a chicken breast cooked on my George Foreman Grill which tasted quite yummy. Along with it I had a salad with the low fat dressing and some steamed broccoli. After I let it sit awhile I headed off to my apartment gym where I did 45 min. of treadmill and exercise bike. Feels good to rest for the night. Tomorrow is brand new day!

Around 2 I got hungry so instead of going for the chips I got an apple and now I feel good to go!
