Hello, today is a new start-

Hello everyone, I am starting a new life style to feel better about myself as well as stay healthy, heres where I am starting at:

23 years old
Female
5'3
143 lbs
Bodyfat - unknown

I am looking to lose at least 20 lbs and become toned, at the moment my legs have most of the muscle and I want muscle in my abs and chest to become more firm. Right now I am currently looking for a new meal plan any suggestions I am open to it, i can eat anything all fruits veggies etc....
I love to run I only stick with 2 miles usually every other day, lately I haven't been since I moved last week and now I dont have a gym, I have a 5 yr old so therefore its hard to run at the park. I am trying to do more strength training so i can get toned......my stomach and "love handles" I can't stand. I'm open to all suggestions,
