I've recently found the joy of fitness training , i like to mix things up with conditioning work like sandbag , bodyweight , HIIT , cycling ,running ,weights , im not mega fit though ,sitting at around 19.5/20 mins for 3 miles , anyhoo , i'll have a good read ,thx

i have a fair bit of weight in my shed and a powercage , i have a few kettlebells and made a medicine ball although due to poor build quality it split :( might buy one and save further anger and wifebeating:boxing_smiley:
