Hello to everyone!

Hi All,

I'm Amnesia.. from the UK and I joined a gym about 3 months ago.
I started slowly, and already my fitness has improved. I got at least three times a week and now I've hit the "back room" (Free weights) as I would like to start building my muscle and builking up a bit...

Anyway, Just saying Hi and I hope I can learn some useful things about training and my diet....
