Hey everybody, names Dave. Im 24, and travel doing construction durring the spring summer fall months. Ive become more and more interested and serious about fitness in the past year or two. This past winter i was spending 4 or so days in the gym a week and saw awsome results. Then i went on a 3 week vaca and didnt work out, fell off with my nutrition and got flabby again. Its funny how 3 weeks can wreck 3 months of results... Im back on the wagon now though. Being that i live out of hotel rooms nutrition is tough, but i have a couple electiric cooking devices that i take with me everywhere, and I pretty much always try to pack lunch. Thats not to say i dont slip some times... since not every hotel has weight lifting facilities i found it better to get in a routine of push ups, crunches, pull ups(with a door frame chin up bar thing) chair dips, and running. Its been working to some extent and im starting to get some fat back off. starting to see some abbs all though the last 2 of the infamous "6 pack" seem to be very illusive... cant seem to ditch the love handles either, but all in good time i suppose. I should probably run more then i do also, but its the hardest thing for me to get motivated to do. It takes alot to work 12 hrs then come to the hotel do a work out and go run. I suppose ill stop rambling now... Look foreward to everyones insight and maybe even sharing a bit of mine...
