Hello People, my name is Michael and today I finished my 3rd week of training. My starting weight 3 weeks ago was 130 kg, and at the begining of this week I weighed in at 126 kg. I only weigh my self once at the start of each week, because I am one of those people that if I weigh my self each day, and see something that I don't like, I can get unmotivated quickly.

Anyway I my height is 178 cm and as I said before I weigh 126 kg, and my ultimate goal is to get to around 80-85 kg, my workout for the past 3 weeks has been 5 days a week of 45 minutes on the treadmill, and 3 of those days I add a little resistance training (it's more of aerobics with a little resistance).

Like many I have started diets before and failed, but this time I feel like I will go all the way, I am trying to get help anywhere that I can, and that is why I joined this forum.
