AHi everyone, I'm very happy to find myself here as I'm hoping I will find an aid to the motivation I feel to lose weight :) I've only just turned 18 and now as I begin my adult life I'd really like to get into habits that will make my life the best it can be. I weigh 102kg or 220 ish pounds and ive started to realise how my body is giving me the warning signs that this is not the way to be. Angry red stretch marks have been appearing and my knees get sore from standing at work, I'm young I want to be happy and carefree and right now all I can feel is that I'm damaging my body, and after all it's the only one I've got! I hope to find inspiration here for when times get rough and be able to talk with people all on their journeys to health and happiness :) at the end of this journeyi hope to be one step closer to that person who I want to be :)
