Hello to all, new and need help?

Hello everyone, im new to he boards and I need alot of help and tips. My measurements are 6'2 265 lbs. I joined a boxing club in Oct of 2007 and my current weight then was about 276. Well its been 4 months and all Ive lost was 11 lbs and those were in the first 3 months. I go 3 times a week and my routine consist of 1hr of Jump Roping and 15 minutes on the heavy bag, I bought the Perfect Pushups and i do those twice a week on my off days which are Tues and Thurs. Since Ive losted the weight my waist size hasnt moved (the biggets part of my waist around my belly button) Im still on my routine but I havnet had any progress since January. is there something Im doing wrong here? I dont eat fast foods and my diet goes like this;
Morning: A bowl of Cambells Chicken Noodle Soup, 2 bananas, and a bottled water

Noon: A 12 inch ham turkey and cheese sub on wheat, lettuce, tommatoes, onions, xtra pickles and light mayo. 1 bag of Lays Light potatoe chips 75 calories and a 32oz sweet tea

Night; usually a meal consisting of mashed rice, stewed chicken or baked, and green beans with 3 glasses of water

Late night snack usually after 8 or 9 p.m. (Im being honest) a peanut butter sandwich on wheat bread of another light meal


I need help on what Im doing wrong and some drastic help on my routine and diet? thanks everyone
 
welcome,a nd good luck first of all. Looking at your regimen and meals, you seem to be very frugal with food, and do alot of exercise.

Just a small tip, I would reccomend lots of veggies and fruits, and stay away from processed foods, (chicken noodle soup very high in salt), keep up the water intake and exercise your belly, sit ups, leg lifts. that sort of thing.
