My name is Craig Mattice and I live in Richmond, VA. I'm 52 years old and I am totally disabled by MS and on SSDI from Uncle Sam, as if that's not scary enough.
I enjoy having a positive impact on people via the forums on the internet and am very active in several. I work out of my home representing a company called Isagenix which has helped me greatly in losing weight and lowering my BMI from 39 to 34 in just 9 days.
I am weightloss challenged due to being homebound and not very active. Also all of the meds that I have to take, many of them cause unwanted weight gain. So I had to do something. With the Isagenix program I detoxified myself and on the 9 Day Cleanse lost a total of 20.5lbs. and 5.25 inches. I know that doesn't sound that great but it has made a very positive difference in my life.
If you want to know more about it and my weightloss journey just let me know. My wife is starting on it this weekend, has been with WW since January and I expect her to be the biggest loser at her next meeting after the program. She is currently clinically obese and has tried every weightloss program out there but none have stuck with her.
I'm looking forward to finding like minded individuals that can relate to my situation and want to take control of their weightloss and the problems dealing with being overweight. This is all new to me as I used to be a very fit Police Officer and then in the Army was an Airborne/Ranger. MS has really caused me to change my thinking.
Thanks for reading this and taking the time.
