Hello everyone.. I'm a newbie here. I just need some support. I've been overweight all my life and I'm ready to make a change. I'm tired of being lonely and miserable. I'm starting a diet that consists of 5 small meals. And some cardio and weight training.
 
It sounds like you are making a great decision to change your life just an important little bit. You're in a great place to do it. If it is support you are after, consider a weight loss diary, it's in the "Motivation" section, and it is really making a difference for me.
What are your goals? Are you looking to lose pounds, or inches, or just to eat healthier and not measure anything?

I share the feelings that you have regarding being emotional with others. One of the biggest motivators for my weight loss is my desire to start a REAL relationship with someone for the rest of my life! I have no clue why I think I cant have that as I am now, but its REALLY hard for me to be comfortable on dates.
