Hi I am an inactive teen how is looking to lose some weight through dieting I have in the past few days decided to diet in order to get my body weight done to a place that would make me feel much more happy. I have decided to lower my calorie intake to 500-700 calories, I dont know how many calories I would normally consume on a normal day before hand but I would speculate it is probably a little under 2,000( or so )
My Info:
Age: 16
Gender: Male (transitioning)
Height: 5'10
Weight: 135lbs
Bodyfat %: Idk
and Idk if this helps but, I'm vegan and have been for a while and I also don't eat a lot of junk food or snacks.
My goal: to get myself down to 110-115lbs (so that I can feel better about the transition, I know people say its below the weight I should be keeping myself at, but that's what I want to feel happy with myself)
My problem with this diet I have recently begun is that it has actually caused for me to gain weight my scale says I have gained a few ponds since starting the diet a few days ago and I was wondering what could be causing this.
