Er okay,HI.I'll start off with an introduction.My name is Saleh ;o,I'm from Pakistan,Islamabad.Okay so first of all,I am overweight >.> and this bugs me alot,as i've always been fun off all my life and its done a really big number on my self esteem,i basically hate going out with friends or anything like that,because i feel like there all making fun of me Lol.They mostly are, they call me names e.t.c .Okay now,I really really want to lose weight, and I also want to gain abs ;D like a 4-pack or something ,I don't wanna be TOO muscly,i wanna be just right.The type people find attractive I guess.I basically hate being this way >.> and erm my girlfriend Constantly tells me that she doesn't care and stuff, but when she looks at ;x models or singers with their body it really makes me jealous.I want to give her the best bf ever<3.So yeah,I also want her to be able to brag about me and stuff xD. ;O so like yeah.Erm I've been eating healthy for about 4months and like, I've lost about 15kg ;O. which is close to 30 pounds,My height is about 5'9 or 5'10. I'm 16 years old ;o and I weigh about 77kg now. but the thing is,I still dont have abs my stomach is really flabby, + I have man boobs D:.People say I look buff sometimes, but yeah its all fat and it wiggles around >.> which really annoys me.So yeah :X i want to really tighten up and stuff.

I lost the 15kg by dieting only. but I think I lose some muscle too although I don't think i'm any weaker.I can Still easily beat most of my friends in arm wrestling,I don't wanna lose muscle either but I do want to gain some.although not be too muscly ;O

So I'm here to get motivation,occasionaly ask advice. e.t.c and possibly search for an excercise plan to help me out? I think im around 20% 22% body fat. ;o not quite sure..


okay so hi ;D. I hope i'll be able to make friends with you guys and embark on this journey with you guys.Er My face does'nt really look any FAT lol >_> so i think thats a good thing.. hmm anyway but my lower body,I have boobs e_e and like alot of fat on my thighs, and on my stomach too,and a bit on my back. and a little under my arms, and erm my chest is reallyyyy big ;o as in my boobs.like REALLY big,although my stomach isnt that big, its inside,but its really flabby. and i have some fat on my sides too/lower back.

p.s as for the diet thing, It's not really a diet. I've erm decided to keep this lifestyle for the rest of my life :). so yeah, basically no soda,or any drinks like that.Just Water and a homemade milkshake.Mostly we eat alot of rice here so I cant really ditch rice, and I occasionally eat chicken ;o . and alot of banana's and apples, but i also eat ALOT of rice with potato's curry e.t.c. but thats all we really have to eat here mostly

Nice to meet you.


It's good to hear you have lost a lot of body fat.


Your abs will come you just need to loose enough fat in order to see them.


I would suggest performing some type of resistance training to maintain / build muscle... It doesn't have to be traditional gym weights either. Since you are young and probably never trained before(?) you actually should experience some good muscular development.
