I am new to the site and want to try to maintain my weight and not purge all the time. It's a problem that started about 6 months ago, I now find myself irritable, depressed, socially and sexually withdrawn all and I can think about is food.
Actually have had these phases in my life thrice for very short periods, started when I was nineteen.
Hope to be learn how to eat sensibly and not make it an obsession like I have. I hope to find help and support cos I'm acting really weird and it's driving everyone I love away.
Maybe I should just go see someone..............been saying that forever.............oh well.:( :confused:
 
Hello and welcome! There's plenty of support here, and lots of motivation. If you're thinking that you might need to see someone, perhaps the time has come to bite the bullet and do it. Make the call, keep the appointment, perhaps get a new perspective on things. I wish you all the best!
